The packaging was professionally done and was well disguised - a really nice touch! I purchased two handguns from Ethan Greer at Hamilton Rifle. They didn't have my FFL, but added it quickly when I reached out to them. Guns shipped fast, looked good. I took them apart and did my cleaning. They were a bear to take apart and put back together, but that is just the design. Makes me appreciate my M9. Ordered 2 of the exact same guns for two separate project builds. Ethan, the President of the company, called me and made sure that it wasn't an error. Then, after my first FFL person was unable to be contacted (likely shutdown without notice due to COVID), Ethan reached out to multiple other FFLs and kept me in the loop as he worked through it. I didn't have to do a thing and all issues were solved within 12 hours. INCREDIBLE customer service!!!
